HOW TO GET YOUR TICKETS

1. PLAN YOUR PROGRAM:
Review the daily grids and event descriptions on the SCHEDULE PAGE. Pick your films and events, making sure you don't choose conflicting events. Use one of the methods below to order your tickets. Vinegar Hill and Regal are both downtown, and Culbreth Theater is on the UVA Grounds--if you choose consecutive screenings across town from each other, you may have to leave one early or arrive at one late, so plan carefully. See Theater location map.

2. ORDER YOUR TICKETS:

On the web. Using our secure ONLINE ORDER FORM is the quickest way to order. Or, browse the interactive SCHEDULE and enjoy full descriptions of all films, including links to reviews and other information, placing your order in your shopping cart as you go.

By mail. We are accepting these orders now. For best ticket availability, we strongly recommend mailing your order before October 8th. You may print the ONLINE ORDER FORM.

By phone. Beginning October 16th, our operators will be ready to take your order (VISA, MASTERCARD or ART$ Dollars only). Call toll free: 1-800-UVA-FEST (1-800-882-3378) or 982-5277 in Charlottesville from 10 am - 6 pm EDT Monday through Friday.

By phone. You must use VISA or MASTERCARD. Please be ready with your full name, card number, and expiration date.

Tickets will be mailed out beginning October 2nd. All ticket orders received by Thursday, October 19th will be mailed. If we receive your order after that date, you can pick up your tickets at the at the Festival's Main Box Office in the Culbreth Theatre. 4.TICKET PRICES:

Regular film tickets will be $7. For senior citizens 65 and older, children under twelve, and students with I.D. tickets will be $5. Special event ticket prices will vary as noted on the order form. Please choose carefully. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges.

STUDENT FILM$ DOLLARS.

All full-time UVA students receive $15 worth of FILM$ Dollars (part of the ART$ Dollars program) which may be used to purchase Virginia Film Festival tickets. Before the Festival, students may use FILM$ Dollars to obtain tickets on the Web, by mail, phone or in person from the Culbreth Box Office (the service charge does not apply). During the Festival, FILM$ Dollars may be used to obtain tickets at the Culbreth Box Office only. Because the Vinegar Hill and Regal box offices will not be able to process FILM$ Dollars ticket sales, students wishing to use FILM$ Dollars must purchase their tickets for screenings at these theaters no later than the day before the screening.

VIP PASSES

Crew Passes admitting the bearer to all screenings ($75) or Cast Passes for screenings and special events ($150) are available to Festival Patrons.
