Since 2000, our partner Category 4 has contributed significant time and resources to making the Virginia Film Festival online experience even more useful, user-friendly and informative. So far for the 2004 Festival they:

	Created a new look and feel using the Speed theme graphics created by Payne, Ross & Associates;
	Improved visibility for the Festival's Sponsors;
	Enhanced the site's reporting functionality for Festival staff;
