Park & Ride
PARKING: Parking on the University of Virginia Grounds is extremely limited. Charlottesville roads are known to be crowded so please add at least thirty minutes to your travel time.
CTS FREE TROLLEY SERVICE: The Free Trolley operates from 6:45am until 11:57pm Monday through Saturday. No fare is charged. No transfers are issued from this route to others. Regular CTS buses displaying a “Free Ride” sign may substitute for the trolley.
Below is the schedule for the Free Trolley (Route 11). Note: Times are past the hour continuously from 6:45am until 11:57pm. Each bus stop is serviced every 15 minutes. Take this route from the Rotunda stop to the Downtown Station stop to get from Culbreth Theatre to Regal or Vinegar Hill Theatres (a 12 minute trip). Take Downtown Station to the Rotunda to travel from Regal and Vinegar Hill Theatres to Culbreth Theatre (an 18 minute trip).
