Fall Film Society Season Announced
The Fall season dates and titles for the Virginia Film Society program at Vinegar Hill Theatre have been announced. Opening with the ever popular Manhattan Short Film Festival on Wednesday September 23, the program offers a range of exciting international dramas. Films include Austrian director Götz Spielmann’s breakthrough drama Revanche, Jackie Chan’s son Jaycee in a stylish thriller set in the world of Taiwanese Zen drumming, a modern ‘film noir’ set in the shadowy aftermath of 9/11 and cerebral love story Peter and Vandy.
Screenings take place at Vinegar Hill Theatre at 7pm. Tickets are $9 or $5 (seniors / students) or free to Film Society members. For more information on the films adn film socety membership, click here.
