The 22nd Virginia Film Festival “Funny Business” Kicks-off Today!

Get ready or a weekend full of screenings, events, and parties that highlight Funny Business in all its forms. The festival kicks of with a variety of screenings and our Thursday program culminates in the Opening Night screening of Marching Band and the Opening Night Gala at John Paul Jones Arena.

For its 20th annual event, scheduled from Nov. 1-4, 2007, the Virginia Film Festival is planning a special family gathering. The 2007 theme will be KIN FLICKS, with more than a hundred speakers and films addressing popular and alternative images of family life.
