Reservations can be made online and end at 7:59 pm the day before an event or when the allocation of complimentary tickets is exhausted. Free U.Va. student tickets are not available at the door or on the day of an event and cannot be exchanged for alternate dates.
All free U.Va. student tickets should be picked up in advance of the Festival at the Arts Box Office with a student ID to avoid waiting in line at the door or having their tickets released.

All full-time enrolled, degree-seeking U.Va. students can reserve one complimentary ticket for every performance of each eligible event. This includes undergraduate students in any school and graduate students in any school, including Medical, Law, and Darden students; and all students enrolled in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Student tickets are not transferable, and U.Va. students must present their student ID at the Arts Box Office, or at the venue box office, in order to pick up their ticket. Free U.Va. student tickets that are not picked up at least thirty minutes before an event may be released to allow other patrons at the door the opportunity to purchase tickets. U.Va. students must present their ticket and student ID at the door for admission.
